Swingtimers Vocal Trio in Concert May 4th
14th Apr 2018 Swingtimers Vocal Trio in Concert May 4th
The Swingtimers Vocal Trio will perform on May 4 at 7:00 pm at the First Friday Fellowship Concert
Highland Ave Fellowship Church, 1591 Highland Ave, Eau Gallie. (This was St Paul’s Methodist)

The trio performs songs in close harmony with a heavy dose of Manhattan Transfer style. Their rich vocals span many genres such as music from the Great American Songbook, swing, and rock.

The Swingtimers Vocal Trio, a small ensemble of the Melbourne Municipal Band, began several years ago as the vocal group with the 20 piece Swingtime Big Band singing songs such as Chattanooga Choo Choo, Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy, and Elmer’s Tune. Although they continue to perform with Swingtime, the group expanded its repertoire to include songs reminiscent of Manhattan Transfer and have expanded their performances to the senior centers and private parties in the area.
This is a free concert. A free-will donation will be taken.
